Dr. Andrew R. Moffitt is a prosthodontist. Dr.
Moffitt is a graduate of the University of Washington in Psychology in
1994 and Creighton University Dental School in 1998. Before he received
his certificate in prosthodontics and masters in Oral Biology at the
Baylor College of Dentistry, he practiced general dentistry for three
years. Dr. Moffitt has lectured to dentists and prosthodontists in the
US . He also taught dental students at the Baylor College of
Dentistry in Dallas , TX . In dental school, he spent a summer setting
up medical and dental clinics in the rural parts of the Dominican
Republic.
A
prosthodontist's training goes beyond the scope of the general dental
degree which gives the patient the opportunity of a wide range of
diagnostic insight and alternative treatment modalities to oral health
conditions.
